At Inner Buddha Yoga, we believe in nurturing both the body and mind. Our holistic approach to yoga fosters a deep connection with your inner self, promoting peace and wellness.
Roger truly believes that yoga finds you. His life was transformed through his practice, and he hopes to guide those looking to achieve a mind-body-spirit connection. He received his 200 hr Dharma Training Certification. He is humble in his approach to teaching, believing that yoga is for everyone. His classes are available to all levels of practice and are centered around connecting to the breath in moving meditation.
Fun fact: Roger never wears shoes; yes, flip flops year round.
When he is not teaching, you can find Roger spending time with his family, dogs, and friends. He especially is enjoying the newest chapter in his life, being a grandfather.
Roger is an outdoors person who loves surfing, snowboarding, hiking, and just being in nature. Above all, he enjoys his journey and is always looking to learn, experience, and grow.
